Nothing is posted here to collect applications for a pipeline. When a role exists it goes up; until then a short note about what you have built and run is read by the people you would work with.
Real products with real users, in a company small enough that your work is visible in them within days. You would build things and then be responsible for them, which is the fastest education in software there is.
Artificial intelligence is part of how the work is done here, not a threat to it. The people here spend their time on judgement, design and the problems machines are bad at.
